Airdrie's mix of older terraced streets near the historic town centre and 20th-century estates further out means tree felling jobs vary a lot in access and space. In tighter, older parts of town we plan for controlled sectional dismantling to protect neighbouring buildings and boundary walls; on more open estate plots, a straightforward fell is often possible.

Much of Airdrie's former mining and quarrying land has been reclaimed and replanted, including around Rawyards Park and the wider Monklands Regional Park corridor that links towards Coatbridge along the old Monkland Canal route. Trees on and near this reclaimed land are sometimes younger and more uniform in age than trees in long-established gardens, which we factor into how a felling job is planned.
